About the Brand
With over 57 years of experience within the jewellery and luxury goods industry, we're the first homegrown Australian brand that specialises in just Argyle pink diamonds. All of our jewellery is designed around the idea that these beautiful heritage gemstones should be shared to Australians from all walks of life.
PINK KIMBERLEY combines the natural beauty of Argyle pink diamonds with award winning Australian contemporary design. It was named after the precious stones central to the design and the place where they are found. We only specialise in Argyle pink diamonds and utilising them in beautiful, artisan crafted jewellery.
Sams Group Australia (SGA) is the parent company of Pink Kimberley Diamonds. Our company is home-grown as we like to conceptualise, design and create a majority of our products within Australia. With over 57 years experience in the Australian jewellery industry, our mission is to celebrate Australian gemstones and nature across all our brands.
We solely utilise pink diamonds from the Argyle mine in all of our jewellery designs. All pink diamonds are purchased from our connections within the trade and are verified to be from the Argyle mine. We sometimes also dabble in other gemstones from Australia such as opals or sapphires.
Ordering and Shipping
Our website functions just like any other e-commerce catalogue. Once you've found your desired item, simply add the item to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through checkout and pay via our numerous payment options.
We do our best to expedite all orders, however some orders require extra processing time. If your ring requires resizing, it would take an extra 3-5 business days to complete. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
We use Startrack to ship all of our orders. All orders qualify for free shipping and are fully insured with signature required upon delivery. Startrack is generally very quick and aims to deliver all parcels between 1-3 days. Read more about our shipping policy here.
Generally Startrack handles all packages with extra care, however, sometimes packages still get delayed. Please continue to check the Startrack website with the tracking number to track your package as it makes its way through Startrack's network. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the package will be taken back to your nearest Australia Post Office. If you still haven't received your package after a week, contact us here.
Returns and Warranty
We have a 30 day money back guarantee - no questions asked. Simply contact us to start the return process.
Yes of course! We accept most returns (except for customised items) as long as it is within 30 days of the delivery date.
We cover all of our jewellery with our Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty covering all manufacturing defects. We also repair and replace missing diamonds if the issue is due to a defect. Read more about our policy here.
It's best to keep the jewellery item clean with mild dishwashing solution and warm water. We also offer free yearly inspections upon request. Should any repairs be required, we will discuss with you to decide on the best course of action to return your piece back to its brilliant best. Read more about it here in our blog!
Product Information
All of our rings come crafted in a finger size N, so if a different size is selected, the ring will need to be resized. Sometimes the size discrepancy will be too large and thus, we will need to start production on a new ring. Our pink diamond specialists will notify you of the waiting periods after an order is placed. We don't personally provide jewellery insurance, however we have partnered up with a few insurance providers that are widely known in the trade. Visit Q-Report or Centrestone for more information.

We currently offer ZipPay or LatitudePay and they have their own custom set limits and terms. You can select them as a payment option during checkout.
